The error message: "This email is associated with a different Luna user portal." typically occurs when you are trying to login to one of your Luna accounts from the wrong webpage (or portal).
If you have a MEMBER account, you should be logging in at member.lunadna.com.
If you have an ADMIN account, you should be logging in at console.lunadna.com.
If you try to login to your admin account on the member webpage, or vice versa, if you try to login to your member account at the admin webpage, you will get this error.
Sometime to clean up the error state you will need to follow these steps:
- Go to console.lunadna.com/logout - this will force log your out of your admin account.
- Clear your browsing history / cache - in case the error page has been cached by your device.
- Go to the correct webpage for the account you want to login to (member.lunadna.com for members and console.lunadna.com for admins) and log in from here (this is also a good URL for you to bookmark).
