The following article provides guidance and links to updating your browser and computer settings to allow you to use your device's microphone or camera on the Luna site. If you don't see your browser listed below, try searching for "use my camera or microphone in {name of browser}" in your preferred web search tool (e.g., google, duckduckgo, bing, etc.) to find a website with instructions.
In general, when you are on a website that is asking to use your camera and/or microphone for the first time, you will see a pop-up that asks if you want to block or allow access to your camera or microphone. Select "allow" to let the Luna site access your camera or microphone for use in surveys requesting you provide audio or video responses to some of their questions.
For Chrome Browsers
