Your electronic health records (EHRs) are synced from your LunaDNA-connected Patient Portal(s) on a weekly basis. From there, the data is stripped of personal identifiers, encrypted and stored separately from other types of data in LunaDNA. The data is structured into bite-size pieces of information to make it easy for downstream queries and research. You are able to access your EHRs from your My Data page - which you can access from your Dashboard My Data tile ("Manage Data" button). From there, you are able to view, download, and delete your EHR data at any time.
