Minors: If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor (someone under the age of 18), you should select "A Minor" from the main registration page (screenshot below) to set up their account.
Wards: If you have legal authorization to act on behalf of an adult family member, over the age of 18, you should select "An Adult" from the main registration page (screenshot below) to set up their account.
